This Acceptable Use Policy sets out rules for using IncomeMantra's website, courses, and referral program (the "Service"). Violating this policy may result in suspension of your account, forfeiture of pending commissions, and/or withholding of withdrawals.
1. Prohibited Account Activity
- Creating multiple or fake accounts to refer yourself, or to artificially inflate referral commissions.
- Sharing your login credentials or referral code in a misleading or deceptive manner.
- Attempting to bypass package-eligibility rules for referrals (a referrer may only refer new users into their own package tier or a lower one) by manipulating URLs, API requests, or client-side data.
2. Prohibited Marketing Conduct
- Making false or misleading income claims when promoting your referral link.
- Spamming, unsolicited bulk messaging, or misrepresenting IncomeMantra as a guaranteed-income or investment scheme.
- Impersonating IncomeMantra staff or using unauthorized branding.
3. Platform Security
- Attempting to access another user's account, KYC documents, or wallet data without authorization.
- Probing, scanning, or attempting to bypass rate limits, authentication, or payment verification controls.
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or redistributing course content outside the platform.
4. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations, suspend or terminate accounts, and reverse or withhold commissions obtained in violation of this policy, in addition to any other rights available under our Terms & Conditions.
